Benevolent Home Health Care (BHHC) provides a range of qualified caregivers to meet any need a client may have. Upon the initial assessment by a Registered Nurse (RN), the type of caregiver that best suits the clients’ needs will be determined and assigned. BHHC’s caregivers are qualified as Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Certified Geriatric Nursing Assistants (CNA-GNAs), Certified Medication Technicians (CNA-CMTs), and Certified Medication Administrators (CNA-CMAs).
Our caregivers undergo a complete background check and fingerprinting as a part of our onboarding process and all certified/licensed positions (CNA, CNA-GNA, CNA-CMT/CMA, LPN, RN) are verified by the state of Maryland’s licensing and certification board. All caregivers are CPR and First Aid certified, and must complete skill and aptitude tests before being considered for a position with BHHC. Upon hiring, caregivers also complete an intensive orientation and training program, and are continually assessed by a Registered Nurse.
