Benevolent Home Health Care (BHHC) is a family-owned home care agency. Unlike many local agencies, BHHC is not a franchise. We put all of our resources into hiring the best caregivers for our clients. We are licensed to provide care by the State of Maryland through the Office of Healthcare Quality as a Residential Service Agency.
